QUALIFICATIONS • Expert in pre-cargo handling/ preparation, transportation and cargo hold cleaning for Bulk Carriers • Responsible HSSEQ Superintendent during take-over of vessel into management • Accident/ Incident investigation • Assessment the vessel before taking under Management. • Salvage of the vessel, refloating, emergency towing and repair. • Arranging and preparations for Internal ISM, ISPS and MLC Audits as per Company SMS Procedure , developing of Company ISM and ISPS Procedure . • Arranging and preparations on Class Annual and Intermediate Survey • Attained skills in utilizing electronic, dead reckoning and pilotage techniques of navigation. • Supervised multinational crews and was responsible for overall vessel operations, safety, sanitation, and deck maintenance. • Obtained knowledge of procedures to enter and clear vessel through Customs, Immigration, Agriculture and Public Health. SKILLS/LANGUAGES • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook. • Fluent in English, Russian, and Ukrainian • ISM, ISPS,MLC Audits • Survey of the vessels such as Hull, Machinery, Safety, Radio Equipment as per Class requirements. • Leading and participating of vessels salvage operations, refloating, towage and emergency / permanent repair
